Refund policy

At Our Store, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required to complete the return process.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note that sale items, gift cards, and personalized or perishable products are non-refundable unless defective or damaged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll make it right.
